Why she wants to be an SBA:  “I’m not confident in my ability to perform a delivery on my own. I always need assistance from SBA trained staff which might not be available every time. Even though I have studied, I still lack the practical experience and proper guidance to manage complicated deliveries. If I am given SBA training, I will be able to conduct deliveries on my own and the community will receive better service from the health post.”
